My condolences to the family of my dear Aunt Ethelyn, a close friend of my parents and my Swedish grandparents. Growing up I called her my aunt and always enjoyed the little treats she would send me from her world travels with the Navy. She and my parents (my mother was from Jamestown) remained close until their deaths. I am so happy that I was able to visit her in 2008 and share many fond memories.
I have never had the honor to meet but as I read your obituary it would have been my honor to shake your hand and thank you for your service to our nation.
