Obituary of Michael O. Perkins

Michael O. Perkins, 59, of 3372 Baker St. Ext., Jamestown, passed away at 11:20 a.m. Thursday, January 14, 2016, in the Buffalo General Hospital, Buffalo, NY. He was born May 28, 1956 in Syracuse, NY. Before his illness, he was the finishing manager for Spray-Tech Finishing in Falconer, NY. He was a longtime member of rthe Pagan's Motorcycle Club and will be remembered as a loving and caring husband, father and grandfather who loved to ride his Harley Davidson and spend time with his family and friends. Surviving are his wife MaryBeth Fiorella Perkins whom he married July 10, 1981, a daughter, Jamie Perkins of Jamestown, a son, Daniel Warren of FL, five grandchidlren, Zoey, Aaliyah, Liam, Landon, Shaidao and a grandson on the way, his mother-in-law, Susan Fiorella of Jamestown, brother-in-law Jim (Marie) Fiorella of Jamestown, sister-in-law Tammy Perkins of TX, nieces and nephews, Jevin, Brandy, Tasheena, Gina, Jason, Adam, David, as well as several great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother Timothy Perkins and his father-in-law James Fiorella. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 23, 2016, in the Lind Funeral Home. The Rev. Donald Ray, retired chaplain of WCA Hospital will officiate. Friends will be received from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Friday, January 22, 2016, in the funeral home.
