Obituary of Richard H. Stevenson

Richard H. Stevenson, 84, formerly of Sugar Grove, PA, died Saturday February 6, 2016, in Heritage Green Rehab and Skilled Nursing. He was born August 27, 1931, in New York City, a son of the late William E. and Rona Fuchs Stevenson. He was a 1949 graduate of Jamestown High School and served in the US Air Force. Prior to his retirement in 1995 he was employed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania at Warren State Hospital as laundry manager and worked as a consultant for the laundry systems of the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections. He was a Free and Accepted Mason. Surviving are four children Jan Benson and Richard L. Stevenson, both of Jamestown, Beth (Karen) Henderson of Glouster Point, VA and William E. Stevenson of Warren; five grandchildren Kristen Pope, William W. Stevenson, Heather Schultz, Aaron Benson and Andy Benson; seven great grandchildren and a sister Rona Jean Jennings.
