Obituary of Terry J. Warner

Terry J. Warner, 78, of Jamestown, died Thursday March 17, 2016, in Brothers of Mercy Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Clarence, NY. A lifelong Jamestown resident, he was born December 21, 1937, a son of the late Carl and Vivian Lundquist Warner. He was a 1955 graduate of Jamestown High School. Prior to his retirement he was employed by The Post Journal for 49 years in the composing room and also had worked at UPS. Surviving are his wife Betty LaPlaca Warner, whom he married September 21, 1968; three children Kimberly (Chris) Crowell of Virginia Beach, VA, Gregory (Stephanie) Warner of Richmond, VA and Kerri (Steven) Iraci of Amherst, NY; three grandchildren Madison Crowell, Bella Rose Iraci and Brooks Warner and two brothers Dennis (Sue) Warner of Jamestown and Brian (Louise) Warner of Eldersberg, MD. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by a son Timothy Warner. A private service will be held at the convenience of the family. Visitation will not be observed.
