Obituary of Dale K. LaMar

Dale K. LaMar, 73, of 171 Chautauqua Avenue, died Wednesday May 11, 2016, in Heritage Park Rehab and Skilled Nursing. A native of Clymer, PA, he was born March 24, 1943, a son of the late Kenneth and Amanda Hagstrom LaMar. Prior to his retirement he was employed by All Metal Specialties as a supervisor. He was a member of Kidder Memorial United Methodist Church and War Vets Recreation. He enjoyed woodworking, especially making toys for his grandchildren whom he dearly loved. Surviving are his wife the former Jane Hedlund, whom he married July 3, 1965; two children Terry LaMar of Ocean City, MD and Tina (Doug) Lindquist of Bemus Point; four grandchildren Zac and Cole Lindquist and Gavin and Emily LaMar and two brothers Renald and Gary LaMar both of Jamestown. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by three sisters Connie Shields, Joan Snow and Sally Bloom. The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in the Lind Funeral Home. Rev.
