I love him as my grandpa. I will miss him my whole life. He was the best. I will tell my kids about him as they ask about my family. I hope this is nice to see me doing. I will see him up there one day too though. Love you papa.

So very sorry. A friend of mine from Jamestown saw my father's name and alerted me. I met Mr. Liuzzo once in Jamestown. My father was Sam Cavarretta. He was the guitarist in The Three Sharps. My dad moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career as a musician. He always spoke well of John. My father went on to play in the bands of Roger Williams, Andy Williams, and Danny Kaye. He had a brief appearance in the movie "The Glass Bottom Boat." He died several years ago. I wish your family well and remember Mr. Liuzzo fondly.
Best regards,
Joseph S. Cavarretta

My condolences go out to Paul, Jennifer and the Liuzzo family. John was an encouraging and kind hearted person. I was lucky to have known John, Lois and family through my mother at Eagle Sales Realty. One of my fondest memories of John was when I was younger, attending a company summer picnic, John and Paul encouraged me to try water skiing. It was my first time ever, but with their expertise I was skiing on my second attempt. John will be greatly missed and always remembered.

I knew John when I was a young girl and would go into A1 on Washington with my Dad, Roy Hoaglund. I recall John and Joe building their beautiful homes on Johnson Road. My sympathy to his family and always keep him close in your heart.

Dear Mark
Lovely to read about your Dad and how he lived his life and His passion for music and family. My condolences to you and your sister and brother, children too. I'm glad for you that you had the many years you did to get to know each other as adults, as Fathers. That was a beautiful trubute to a life well lived. Warm wishes Marcy Rizzo

There are holes in many hearts with the passing of "Uncle John " mine included. I enjoyed many conversations as well as fond memories with John. He was a true gentleman and family man. My most passionate pastime is boating, all impart to Uncle John. Having had no previous boating experience, he spent countless hours teaching me " the ropes " and giving me a set of keys along with the freedom of taking his family boat whenever I wanted. He always asked how my boys were and how my business was. I will miss him, his laugh and his smile. He was truly one of the good ones.
