Obituary of Annette L. Dorman

Annette Leburg Dorman, 78 of 57 Livingston Ave. Jamestown, passed away Wednesday August 17, 2016 in UPMC Hamot Medical Center, Erie, PA. She was born August 21, 1937 in Jamestown the daughter of the late Paul W. and Virginia "Ginna" Hayes Leburg. Annette was a 1955 graduate of Jamestown High School. She had been employed at the Resource Center. Earlier she worked at Art Metal, Crescent Tool and the Jamestown Chamber of Commerce. She was a member of the Vikings, the Senior Citizens, and the Herman Kent Post 777 American Legion Auxiliary. Annette was an avid BINGO player. Surviving are her husband of 17 years, James Dorman; a sister, Karen Leburg of Coconut Creek, FL; six step children, Laurie Blake, James Dorman Jr., Randy Dorman, David Dorman, Dan Dorman, and Luann Gonzalez; two nephews, Edward Orr and Adam Orr; and a niece, Heidi Orr. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by an infant sister, Barbara Leburg. Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday August 23, 2016 in the Lind Funeral Home where a private service will be held at the convenience of the family.
