The most amazing woman a person could've ever known. Never complaining about anything and always worried about everyone else. She was a woman of strong faith and loved her family and friends very much. She will be missed but, always hold on to all the memories.
My thoughts and prayers are with you all now and in the days ahead. She loved you all very much!!!!!!

Dear Pisa/Piazza families,
I knew JoJo many years ago in Silver Creek. My cousin Nancy Smallwood lived across the street on Babcock Ave. I stayed with her for a few weeks every summer. JoJo & I were the same age. We spent lots of wonderful summer days playing, along with Cindy & Claudia. I absolutely loved being at your house & especially enjoyed Jean's delicious food! Even though it's been a long time, I could never forget what a sweet, caring person JoJo was & find that she became an even more wonderful woman! Thanks to Nancy, I was able to "friend" JoJo on Facebook after hearing that she was able to go to her 50th reunion at Sunset! She has been in my prayers continually and I am so sorry to hear of her passing, but I know she is with Jesus and is now pain free and full of joy! Please accept my sincerest sympathy as I' m sure you all miss her so much....
St. Jude's is one of my favorite charities, so this month I will send an extra gift in her honor. Love to you all. Cozy

I am very saddened to hear about Aunt Dian's passing but also happy to know that she is in a happy place and at peace. Aunt Dian always greeted me with such joy and warmth. I recently visited Gerry and I had a good time chatting with her and looking through old photos that she had. I enjoyed learning more about my family history. I heard she was very proud of her Italian roots and I wish I was able to learn more from her. I love you very much Dian, you battled hard, and now you can rest in peace, and you will certainly always rest in our memories.

Sending heartfelt condolences to the Pisa and Piazza families, and all Dian's extended family and friends. I have so many childhood memories of Dian. She was more mature for her age, I always thought, than the rest of us. The Pisa family was my first childhood introduction to Silver Creek at the age of 6, when we moved into a home across the street from them. How lucky was I to have a warm and loving family with three beautiful daughters ready to become my friends. Dian, you were a beauty in my eyes. Your smile was unforgettable! And your Texas Ann fairy tales made a believer out of me! Rest in Peace dear sweet Dian.
Love to all, Nancy

Dear Warren, Marla and Nicky,
I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Aunt Dian. She was a beautiful woman, inside and out. She was always smiling and warm. She was a great communicator and always interested. Most recently she commented on some of my Facebook posts and I felt her warmth and love in the comments she made, particularly recently, as she commented on Abbey heading back to Quest.
I send you love and warm wishes as you grieve this loss. Be kind to yourselves.
I love you all,
Laurie

If it wasn’t for you, I’d still be stuck in 12th grade English. If it wasn’t for you, I would have never got on the bus. If it wasn’t for you, I wouldn’t fully understand the value of patience and family values.. But most of all, if it wasn’t for you, I wouldn’t understand true love. We may not be related by blood, but I often referred to you as mother. You helped raise me. When I screwed up, you were first to tell me, then follow it up with telling me how much you loved me. My last words to you was a kiss on the head and “I love you always and forever, don’t you ever forget that” and you told me I’d always be your boy and kissed me back. I missed your departure by only an hour but I tried to arrive in time. I’m 100% sure you know how I felt. Zero regrets. You ALWAYS put others before you. SouI of gold. I learned more from you than you can ever imagine. You may be gone but you will always be with me. Attached is some of my favorite things on fbook since you joined. You never gave up! A true inspiration to us all. I’m so proud of my mother for staying strong thru this and doing all she did. I’m lucky that I got to have not just one, but TWO amazing women. I can’t convey how much this hurts. Such a big part of my life is gone. I’ve got the next 36 years. I love you Dian Piazza, always and forever. PS.. You added extra spice to the spaghetti sauce after I was done making it and you said it was perfect :) Then you told everyone it was all me ha! You're wish was that we continue to do spaghetti Sundays and you taught us all your sauce. Wish granted :)
