Obituary of Beverly A. Liliestedt

Beverly A. Liliestedt, 84, formerly of Covenant Manor, died Saturday October 8, 2016, in Heritage Village Rehab and Skilled Nursing. A native of Jamestown, she was born April 3, 1932, the daughter of the late Knute and Alice Wallen Jacobson. Prior to her retirement she was employed by The Resource Center as a caregiver at the Foote Avenue facility. She earlier owned and operated, along with her late husband, Second Time Around. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church where she sang in the choir and was a Sunday school teacher. For many years she enjoyed traveling. Surviving are four children Deborah (Branson) MacBurnie of Texas and Robert, Jeff and Tim Keeler all of Jamestown; twenty five grandchildren; several great grandchildren and three step daughters Carol Woodard of Huntsville, AL and Cindy Bull and Candy Collins, both of Jamestown. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband T. Allen Liliestedt, whom she married March 2, 1972 and who died March 2, 2006. The funeral will be held at 6 p.m. Wednesday in the Lind Funeral Home. Rev. Gerald A. Haglund will officiate. Burial will be in Sunset Hill Cemetery.
