Obituary of Claire Anne Hazelton

Claire Anne Hazelton, infant daughter of Timothy and Elyse Clark Hazelton, died Tuesday October 11, 2016, in Women and Children's Hospital, Buffalo. Surviving are her parents of 2617 Cable Hollow Road, Russell. PA; a brother Ethan James Hazelton at home and grandparents Lonnie and Mary Lou Clark of Jamestown, David Hazelton of Wellsboro, PA and Karen Klein of Lebanon, PA. The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday in Family Church, Garfield Road, Jamestown. Rev. Timothy Stahlman will officiate. Burial will be in Levant Cemetery. Friends will be received for one hour prior to the service in the church.
