Donna was a member of the Watts Flats United Methodist Church, The Coachman and Good Friends Camping Club, and the Thule Lodge. She had many interests and hobbies including square dancing, roller skating, ballroom dancing, snowmobiling, golf, bowling, knitting, crocheting and Brazilian embroidery. She also loved to travel, singing in the Camp Street church choir, playing piano, was an avid reader, and had a great love for birds.
She was a wonderful Wife, Mother, Grandmother and a true friend to many. Everyone was always greeted with a smile and a hug. She loved her pets especially her dog Champ.
Donna married her husband of 64 years, Irving Burgeson on August 23, 1952 in the Lutheran Immanuel Church. They were blessed with a daughter, Christine Burgeson Stebbins of Watts Flats, three sons Jon Burgeson of Jamestown, Tim Burgeson of Panama, Daniel Burgeson of Jamestown, nine grandchildren, Baylee and Logan Stebbins of Watts Flats, Scott Burgeson of Rochester, NY, Mark (JR) Burgeson of Ashville, Reede Burgeson of Lakewood, Tia Kester of Panama, Shaen (CL) Burgeson of Grover Beach, CA, Shawn Burgeson of Atascadero, CA, Tara Burgeson of Paso Robles, CA, and 21 great grandchildren.

Friends and family will be received from 6-8 p.m. Sunday and for one hour prior to the service from 1 to 2 p.m. on Monday in the funeral home.
The family would like to express special thanks to the many friends and church members that were always there for support and in times of need. They would also like to thank the outstanding VNA nurses.
