Obituary of Marylee H. Lindquist

Marylee Helen Lindquist, 79, formerly of Jamestown, NY, passed away peacefully on October 28, 2016 at her home in Cary, NC. Her devoted children, whom she dearly loved and who dearly loved her, surrounded her. She spent her entire life in Jamestown until her very recent move to North Carolina to be cared for by her children. Marylee was born June 2, 1937 in Jamestown, NY to the late William and Marion Anderson Bloom. After graduating from Jamestown High School, she worked at Jamestown Telephone Company for more than 30 years until her retirement. She is survived by a daughter, Cynthia Lindquist and a son, Mark Lindquist, both of Cary, NC. Marylee was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Jack E. Lindquist. A private funeral service will be held at the Lind Funeral Home with burial following at Lake View Cemetery in Jamestown. Visitation will not be observed.
