Obituary of Dale A. Anderson

Dale A. Anderson, 66, of Clifton Ave. Jamestown, passed away unexpectedly Friday November 25, 2016 in his home. He was born June 18, 1950 in Jamestown the son of the late Bernard "Bernie" and Elnora "Nora" Rhinehart Anderson. Dale was a 1969 graduate of Jamestown High School. For many years, he was owner/operator of Dale Anderson Masonry. He was a member of the Chautauqua Lake Fishing Association; Jamestown Moose; Vikings; Thule Lodge; the Chautauqua County Antique Equipment Association; and a former member of the Brick Layers Union. Dale loved his dog Lizzy, (his "baby girl"); working in his workshop; and his grandchildren. Surviving are his wife of 27 years: Nancy L. Wallace Cramer Anderson; two sons: Steven (Darcy) Cramer, Edward (Norine) Cramer; seven grandchildren: Allison, Cassandra, Brielle, Liam, and Landen Cramer, Allyson and Erin Roach; his siblings: Diana (Fred) Strnisa, Gary Anderson, and Eileen Abers; and his lifetime friend: John Lamb. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Visitation will not be observed. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Chautauqua County Humane Society, 2825 Strunk Road, Jamestown, NY 14701.
