We met Dave over ten years ago. He always fascinated us! An extremely smart, clever and laid back guy.
The memories I have of him has enriched my life. We truly felt a connection with him the minute we met him. We shared so many laughs and great conversations. He taught me so much about nature and children that knew him, looked up to him. He knew the name of any insect and plant.sometimesi even looked it up to see if he was right, and he always was!
He moved away a few years ago and kept in touch with the greatest letters one could ever receive. He sent funny articles,comics or just letters cut from newspapers. He had a great sense of humor.
You could talk to him about anything, he was a great listener.
He loved loved nature,his friends but really loved his children and ex wife, which he talked about many many times.
He loved his life, recognized his highs and lows and with a smiled ,laughed as shared some memories with us.
So tonite is a very very sad nite to hear from a friend that he passed.
We love you Dave, thank you for just being you!
