Such a wonderful lady. Pihl family and mine were so close for many years in Cheney's Pt. She was always so gracious and kind. She and my late mother were very close and she was very helpful when mom was battling cancer
Sincere sympathies

Lillian was more than my sister-in-law, she was a very caring, loving sister to me and aunt to my son Sean. She was a gracious hostess with Bill as host and made many Holidays and family events special by preparing our favorite traditional Swedish meals that we all loved.
I will miss her and talking over important events in our lives. She was a very good listener and often offered advice and shared her opinions as we played cards or a game, cooked a meal or watched an old movie or Western on TV. She and Bill made their home a "home" for us after my mom passed away. I was a single mom for many years and time there was very important to me and Sean. I am so grateful for all the times we were able to "go home" from Michigan and share family times which often included my son, my brother Roy and sister Dorothy. Recently she enjoyed seeing pictures of Sean and Beth's daughter Nora.
Lillian wanted to go home and be with Bill. Now she is in her Heavenly home with my dear brother Bill forever. She will be missed. My heart goes out to all of our family. I am so disapointed and sorry I had to miss the funeral.

What a gift to have had you as my Aunt and for Eileen, Ron and David to have had you for their Mother. I have never known a better wife, mother or lady as wonderful as you were! You will be missed by many and never be forgotten by me. My love, admiration and respect will be with you on this new journey. Love you Aunt Lil.

To Lill and Bill's family: My sincere condolences to you and yours in the loss of your parents, grandparents, loved ones. Bill and Lill were many-year members of our Legion; we cared very much for each of them, as well as was Roy, Bill's brother. Stay strong; I know you will.
