Obituary of Thomas L. Stahl

Thomas L. Stahl, 65, of 18 Grant St. passed away unexpectedly at 6:25 p.m. Thursday, April 6, 2017, in his home. A lifelong area resident, he was born May 5, 1951 in Jamestown, NY, a son of the late Donald G. and Erma L. Coon Stahl. Tom was a 1971 graduate of Jamestown High School. He was previously employed by Topps Market, Quality Markets and in earlier years had worked for the former Firch's Bakery. Surviving are two brothers, Jerry D. (Bobbie) Stahl of Jamestown, Gregory P. Stahl of San Antonio, TX, his Aunt, Dorothy Hunt of Jamestown, two nieces, Jerri Ann Stahl of Mesquite, TX, Toni Carvella of Jamestown and two great nieces, Willow Stahl and Piper Carvella both of Jamestown. He is also survived by many cousins. He was preceded in death by his father who died June 24, 1988 and his mother who died April 30, 2008, as well as several aunts and uncles. A private service will be held at the convenience of the family. Visitation will not be observed. Inurnment will be in the Sunset Hill Cemetery.
