Obituary of Dennis B. Warner

Dennis B. Warner, 76, of Jamestown, died Sunday, May 14, 2017 in Hamot Medical Center in Erie, PA. He was a son of the late Carl and Vivian Lundquist Warner. Dennis was a 1958 graduate of Jamestown High School and a 1961 graduate of Michigan State University. Prior to his retirement he was employed by Polaroid Corporation in Atlanta, GA for 31 years. He is survived by his wife Sue Carr Warner; son Scott (Cindy) Warner of Parsippany, NJ; daughter Lisa (Matt) Ballard of Mont Vernon, NH; brother Brian (Louise) Warner of Eldersberg, MD; and nine grandchildren, Eric Warner of Los Angeles, CA; Elizabeth Andes of Wharton, NJ; Anna and Sam Ballard of Mont Vernon, NH; Carolyn, Alexandra, Adam, Rebecca and Christopher Warner of Parsippany, NJ; and three great-grandchildren, Jackson, Logan, and Mackenzie Andes of Wharton, NJ; as well as many nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother Terry J. Warner of Jamestown. A private service will be held at the convenience of the family. Visitation will not be observed. Burial will be at Sunset Hill Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Kidder Memorial United Methodist Church, 385 S. Main Street, Jamestown, NY 14701.
