Obituary of Peter Fedirko

Peter Fedirko Jr., 90, formerly of Ashville, passed away peacefully Wednesday August 30, 2017 in the Heritage Park Rehab and Skilled Nursing Facility, surrounded by his family. He was born March 11, 1927 in James City, PA the son of the late Peter and Antonia Berdely Fedirko Sr. Peter was a US Navy Veteran of WWII. Prior to retirement, he was a self employed carpenter for many years. Surviving are four children, Cynthia Marie Swan of Advance, NC; Peter Fedirko III of New Castle, CO; Susan Hodges King of Fort Mill, SC; and David R. Fedirko of Arvada, CO. A private graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family in Holy Cross Cemetery. The Rev. Dennis W. Mende will officiate. Visitation will not be observed. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Veteran's group of your choice.
