I was sorry to have heard about Rosalie. We met many years ago at the Chautauqua Women's Club and became good friends. Part of the wonderful times in Chautauqua were meeting with Rosalie and rekindling our friendship. She was such a charming, thoughtful person, who I will thoroughly miss. The McGraw family send their condolences.

Dear Tim, Tom, Steve, Laura, and Cheryl...it is sad to see the old guard pass on. They don't come any finer than Roe and Don. By far they were always one of my favorite family friends. Roe was always so kind and that smile huge wonderful smile she would wear. I can remember many great times up at your Chautauqua house. New Year's day at the Pembridge's was always a fun tradition. Roe is now with Don so they are looking down upon you (and us!) My thoughts and prayer's are with you.

Dear Pembridge Family,
I know it sounds cliché, but I can't find the words to express what your mom meant to me and how sorry I am for your loss. I am deeply saddened. I wish I could attend the services to honor your mom and pay my respects. Unfortunately, I can't make it happen. Please know I will forever cherish the special memories I have of your mom. I admired and loved her very much. May she rest in peace...side by side with your dad.
With love,
Karin

Dear Cheryl and all the Pembridge Family,
My heartfelt thoughts to all of you. Rosalie and Don will always be a special part of my life: such kind, gentle, caring friends. Our times in Bemus Point will never be forgotten. My memory of Ro is her beautiful smile and of someone who would do anything to help a friend. My prayer is that you will take consolation in having such a wonderful woman as your Mother.
Sincerely, Chris Smith

This, indeed, has to be a bitter-sweet time for all of you in Rosalie's family. She was a positive influence in anything she undertook. Her warmth and winning smile drew people to her, and time spent with her and Don was always a pleasure.
Please accept my deepest sympathy at your loss,

Rosalie was such a special lady. I enjoyed working 25+ years with her setting up her annual Christmas/New Year's Eve parties at the Peak. Her entire family made me feel like I was a part of them. They had such fun giving out the gifts and bonding with the entire family. Heaven has surely gained another angel. My sympathy to those who are left behind but I know that you will keep her memory alive.
