Obituary of Richard A. Bailey

Richard A. Bailey, 61, of 120 Lister Street, died Monday December 11, 2017, in his home. He was born July 20, 1956, in Dunkirk, NY, the oldest son of the late William Bailey and Shirley Raynor King. Richard enjoyed fishing, camping, country rides and his pets. Surviving is his wife of 29 years Laurie Rater Bailey; six children Justin Bailey, Dakota Bailey Thompson, Dalton Bailey, Kristy Bailey Minasian, Tina Bailey and Richard Bailey II; ten grandchildren Logan, Misty, Renea, Daniel, Jaime, Jackie, Jason, Andrew, Niko and Heaven; three great grandchildren and four siblings Deborah Snow, Sheryl Bailey, Patricia Bailey and Charles Bailey. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by a sister Teresa Soltis. A private celebration of his life will be held at the convenience of the family. Visitation will not be observed.
