To Leo's family and friends, Please accept my sympathy for your loss. We have lost a great fire historian, collector and conversationalist. While I previously only knew Leo from his books on the Jamestown Fire Department I had the experience of several conversations with Leo during the last few years and I am sorry for the many who had never met him nor gained from his vast knowledge. Leo was a fine person, well liked by many, and he will be missed. May Leo be remembered always. May the angels of the Lord comfort you in your loss.
