I'm so saddened to learn of Babe's passing. She and Chuck were my godparents and Jerry was my dad's best friend. She was funny, no nonsense, and a priceless connection to my dad who passed before I was born. I was always welcome into her home and family and spent many Sundays as a child in the warmth of her house, impatiently waiting for spaghetti sauce that had cooked all day. I could never thank her enough for her kindness and love and will miss her. All my love to Diana and Deb as you grieve her loss. You all gave a young girl a glimpse of the dad she never met and loved her in his place. You can never know how much that means. ❤
