Dear Marie, Lorie, Leigh Ann and family,
I am sorry for your loss. I hadn’t known Bob for too many years, but he was a joy to be around. His smiling, pleasant personality was certainly evident to me. Bob and Marie have been like two peas in a pod, so close and so devoted to each other. He adored you girls! When Marie and I worked together at the food cupboard, Marie would share many wonderful stories about your lives together. I have always been impressed by Bob’s many talents, especially his art talent.
I remember Bob loved cookies and desserts at after church-service gatherings
and Swedish functions- always sociable.
Bob will be missed by his church family and his many friends. I know it has been difficult to see Bob decline in recent years. I am glad he can finally be at peace and pray his personality and giftedness will continue to delight everyone in heaven, when we all will be reunited again.
I hope and pray you will find comfort in the many wonderful memories you share.
Praying for peace, strength, and comfort in the days ahead, sharing remembrances of special times shared with friends and family. I look forward to seeing you at the funeral Saturday. Know that my love and prayers will be with you at this difficult time.
