Obituary of Hazel Elizabeth Fahey

2018-191 Hazel Elizabeth Fahey, infant daughter of Dontae Fahey and Breanna Marie Hash, of Ashville, passed away at birth on Thursday, June 7, 2018 in UPMC Chautauqua WCA Hospital. In addition to her parents, she is survived by siblings Lily Fahey and Hunter Lewis; paternal grandmother Tammila Bedow; maternal grandparents Walter (Melanie) Sanders; paternal great grandparents Stephen (Donna) Fahey; and several cousins, aunts, and uncles, with a special thanks to great aunt and uncle Joel and Stephanie Kent. A Celebration of Life will be held at 6 p.m. on Friday, June 15, 2018 in the Lind Funeral Home. Friends will be received for one hour prior to the service in the funeral home.
