Miss D’Angelo was my wonderful Third Grade Teacher, whom I loved dearly! She became a very dear friend! I enjoyed seeing her at many public functions. She will always hold a very special place in my heart! To: Cindy, I wanted you to know that I am Sue Ann Nelson’s sister. We both send our sympathy and love to you.

Cousin Frances will be deeply missed by all of her cousins in Ottawa, Canada. I will remember fondly all of the lovely conversations at Christmas time and other holidays. Cousin Frances was so dear to all of us. She was such a bright and beautiful light. Kind, considerate, and caring, her love of education and learning was an inspiration to me when I was growing up. It still is and always will be a guiding light in my own life. I still have the Chicago Manual of Style that dear Cousin Frances sent me as a gift when I graduated with a Bachelor of Journalism. Cousin Frances will always be in our hearts. Sincerely, Giovanna D'Angelo (daughter of Alessandro and Lucia Gabriella D'Angelo, granddaughter of Vittorio and Concetta D'Angelo).

Cousin Frances will be deeply missed by all of her cousins here in Ottawa. She was a very kind, caring and thoughtful person. She was truly an inspiration to all of us for being such an incredible educator and trailblazer as the daughter of Italian immigrants. We have fond memories of visits with her over the years, phone conversations, and always enjoyed reading her lovely Christmas cards. We all treasure the research that she did on the D'Angelo family name and coat of arms. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

My deepest condolences to the family of Frances.
But I cannot help but think she was greeted with the words, "well done, my good and faithful servant - welcome".
Frances was such a sweet soul and lived her faith. I will miss seeing her at Mass with her wonderful smile and kind words.

To Miss D'Angelo's family,
She was my third grade teacher. I still have the pencil holder we made in her class. I am 66 years old. I kept in touch with her, seeing her the last time at an after Italy Party, she was invited to at the Donisi's lake home.
I cannot tell you how much a part of my life she has always been. A beautiful, loving, nurturing woman who was an angel on earth. Always soft spoken, full of knowledge, understanding and love. I even wrote about her in the Post Journal as a project parents were asked to do with their child. God has brought an angel to heaven. God bless.

I extend my deepest sympathy to the family of Frances D'Angelo. I was introduced to her through a mutual service organization long ago, and our paths crossed numerous times over the past decades. What an extraordinary, brilliant, accomplished, loving, devoted, powerful, gentle and kind human being. A woman of true grace, thoughtfulness, strength and subtlety like Frances will be long remembered, not only by her former students, colleagues and friends, but also by all those who knew her. I enjoyed every encounter and learned something from her each time we met. l shall miss our visits and friendship, but will long remember her example and what a privilege it was to know and care about her.

My condolences to the family of Frances. She was me and my twin sisters third grade teacher at Roger School back in 1955- - - - -and our favorite one throughout our school years. She was kind and encouraging to all her students, never impatient or condescending. Beautiful inside and out. I will miss our chats at Wegmans.

I am so sorry to hear that dear Frances has passed. Even though my grandpa was a close friend with her father, playing in the Imperial Band together, I didn know Frances until I became a Mercy Associate.
I was blessed to get to know her over the last 11 years. Her intellect and loving heart will be remembered by me as well as many, many others.
I extend my sympathy to her family.
Rest in Peace dear Frances.
