To the Mike Piazza family, As I am out of town for four weeks I am unable to offer my sympathy in person. Please accept this instead. I grew up on the west side of Jamestown and knew Mike thru our high school graduation. In addition we both spent our full working careers at MRC/ TRW / SKF retiring in about the same year. The Piazza family, My thoughts and prayers go out to you . Mike was not only a great father he was also a US veteran and spent the rest of his time on earth fighting for workers rights. He was truly a saint. He will be missed by many and remembered always.

Mike and Mark, I am so sorry to see and hear this news. Your Dad was an influence on me in my youth when Mike and myself hung out for a brief time. I will not forget his fatherhood ways on you both as they were similar to my parents. I get it now because they were cousins. My mom and dad are in the Lutheran home long term care facility. Dad has his demons with dementia but mom is still pretty sharp. Still, sad to see death and more for our generation. My sincere sympathy on your loss. I loved your dad. He was so knowledgeable. My memories will remain until I succumb to that mind that forgets as well. I am here in Erie, Pa at 3752 meadow dr. 814 464 3773. So sorry, Russ
