I am very sorry to hear of Dickie's passing. The Fergusons lived around the corner from my grandmother Lucy Siggins who lived on Hanford. My dad grew up largely with Dickie and Donnie. I always enjoyed spending time with them if they were around when I was at my grandmother's house. Always so fun and kind. He was loved by anyone who met him. Such a wonderful guy. My prayers are with you all. Be comforted by knowing that Dickie was loved by many and he is now at rest with his brother, and back with his amazing mom.

Oh how we all miss you dickie. We loved every second of your company. Thank you for the times we put together puzzles and even tho we always got frustrated with them we always ended up finishing them. The house will never be the same but always remember that we will never forget you and we miss you so much. I hope you are with your dear friend. I know you two have a lot planned together.

So very sorry to hear of Dickie's passing. He and his brother use to enjoy coming into the old Lake County Dairy store on McDaniel Ave and say hi to the staff. It was always a pleasure to see them both. May he rest in peace and may his memory live on forever. God speed!!! Laurie Carlson

To the family and friends,
I am very sorry to here of the loss of your loved one.
Where can we receive comfort when we grieve? 2Corinthians 1:3,4 in the Bible says: " Praised be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our trials so that we may be able to comfort others in any sort of trial with the comfort that we receive from God." God comforts us by letting us know what happens to our loved ones when they die and gives us hope that they will be brought back to life. To see proof of this from your Bible ask any one of Jehovah's Witnesses to show you.
Also you can see a short vedio "Is There Hope for the Dead?" https://www.jw.org/finder?srcid=share&prefer=content&applanguage=E&locale=en&item=pub-imv_4_VIDEO&docid=1011214

My sincere sympathy to the family of Richard Ferguson. I grew up on Hanford Ave. As a young girl, Richard was my friend and I always enjoyed running into him when I was out riding my bike. I would ride alongside of him trying to keep up with his quick pace and large steps. Although he was older than I, he was a kind young man and a good childhood friend. He would always wave and shout hello whenever he saw me. “Gentle Giant” is a lovely way to describe him. May you find comfort knowing that others share in your loss. RIP Richard.
