Hello Char and family,
Roger was one of my favorite people. So many days I greeted him, and sold him lottery tickets at the store. He always laid his cigar on the smoking grate outside. Roger always had a joke, a story, or something kind to say. He will be missed. I am sorry for your loss, and for the community’s loss. He was one of a kind.
