Obituary of Terrance R. Stanton, Jr.

Terrance R. Stanton, Jr., 58, of 32 Regent St., Jamestown, passed away Wednesday, March 27, 2019 at UPMC Chautauqua. He was born in Jamestown on June 4, 1960, a son of Marie Cole Stanton of Jamestown and the late Terrance R. Stanton, Sr. who died in 2014. A graduate of Jamestown High School, Terry had been employed by Sterlingworth, and later Crawford Furniture as a sprayer. In his free time, he enjoyed woodworking and furniture building. In addition to his mother, Marie, he is survived by three daughters: Tamra Stanton, Deanna Stanton and Wendy Stanton; five granddaughters: Charolet Davis, Liz Stanton, Kaylee Stanton, Avary McKale and Alanna Stanton; two sisters: Ann (Duane) Daniels and Sandra (Richard) Carey; and several nieces and nephews. Along with his father, Terry, he was preceded in death by a brother and sister-in-law, Alan and Barbra Stanton; and a granddaughter, Cherish Ryder. The family will receive friends in the Lind Funeral Home on Monday, April 15th, 2019 from 6 to 7 p.m. Inurnment will be in Maple Grove Cemetery, Frewsburg.
