To all the Haskell family,
I’m so sorry for the loss of your mom. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. She was a saint to put up with all of us in the neighborhood. I will always remember her smile and how soft spoken she always was. The mom to go to when your own wasn’t available. What a blessing to have grown up in such a great neighborhood with role models like Bev. She will be missed by all.

Dear Haskell Family,
My 2nd family as a young kid growing up. A family that always loved and supported me no matter what! I will always be grateful for your unconditional love, amazing grace, and most of all treating me like one of your own. So many wonderful stories made and shared at the white house on Magnolia Avenue. From sleep overs, pizza parties, garage band practices, front yard rodeos, wound care, taking care of the horses, working the paper route, getting my vehicle pulled out of a snow drift, driving into your garage while the door was still down, hosting our neighborhood summer picnics… the list goes on and on.
Being raised in a neighborhood where kids could be kids and parents were always there to support us is what is most cherished. The special memories that were formed will live on through our remembrances of those who have gone before us. The lifetime bonds that were created on the streets of Magnolia and Yolande Ave., those many years ago, are now deeply planted in our hearts and minds forever. It wasn’t about who had the biggest television set or the fanciest car it was all about loving and living life together.
To the saint whose love and parental guidance helped shape me to who I am today…your mother and my fairy God mother. When we thought we crossed the line or did something wrong, that deserved some form of behavior modification, your mom demonstrated patience and understanding only a mom who deeply loved her children could. The love she had for her God left an imprint on us all and the nurturing and caring spirit she possessed will always be felt.
We will miss you Beverly…
Paul and Kirsten Peterson

Bev was such a wonderful lady. I know you all will miss her very much. She always made me smile. That’s probably one of the best compliments that a person can get. Rest in the knowledge that she is in a better place and with Wayne again. Love you all. Again, my deepest sympathies.

To the Haskell family Chris, Sue, Tim, and Larry my deepest sympathy and condolences to all of you in the passing of your loving mother. God gave the Peterson family, and our neighborhood an extra mom through her. She was one of the sweetest and most sincere persons in my life that I'll know. Thank you Bev for making such a difference in all our lives. I hope I can make a difference in others lives, as you have show us in yours. A part of you lives in all of us, and I'm forever grateful for you in sharing your unconditional love to us all.
1 John 4:7-8 Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God. He who does not love does not know God, for God is love.
Sue-I'm sorry I'm not able to get to Jamestown in time for her service, however if at all possible I plan on being there Thursday the 11th if there's any chance I may be able to see you, Chris, Tim, and especially Larry because of him living so far away. Please contact me at 850.685.3045 God Bless, I Love you all Jeff Peterson

Dear Larry, Tim, Chris and Sue -
Anna and I are so sad to read of the passing of your wonderful mother. I have such fond memories going back to 1970 while working at Paul Swan's Kendall and weekly (literally) changing your father's brakes after running his motor route for the Post Journal. Your mom and dad were both such great people. I saw your mother the previous New Year's Eve having dinner and she was so full of life and as always greeted me with a big smile.
May you all remember her constant love for you and keep her in your hearts forever.
Unfortunately, I will not be able to attend the services but will be thinking of you.

We were very sorry to hear about are cousin Bev .Such a sweet cousin , always had coffee for us when we stopped to see her. Always telling us the growth and "happenings" in her family and wanting to know about our family.
I will never forget how she helped and tended for my mother in her later years when I was working in Meadville and Union City and could not always get to Jamestown. She was an Angel! We will miss her greatly, but also look forward to seeing her again [ very shortly] in her new wonderful home and ours also when we will be together again!
Love, LeRoy and Sharyn Anderson

So sorry to hear about your loss. I know it is hard but remember, she is with Jesus and happier than she has ever been, worshiping her Lord and Savior. No more tears, no more pain, no more sorrow and thank God, no more sin or old nature to deal with, just time with Jesus.

I will never forget the first time I met Bev. After spending time with her that evening. I told my husband. "What a beautiful and kind lady, Bob is very lucky to have her as a friend". Bev was all of that and more.
I will miss Bev. RIP
