Obituary of Cynthia A. Johnson

Cynthia A. Johnson, 63, of Panama, NY, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday April 17, 2019 in her home. She was born November 10, 1955 in Jamestown the daughter of H. Allen and Jean Harrington Johnson. Cindy was a 1974 graduate of Maple Grove High School and received her Associates degree in accounting from Jamestown Community College. For many years, she worked in the office at Bush Industries. She also worked at Poochie Momma's in Clymer and as a waitress at various restaurants in the area. Surviving are her father of Frewsburg; her sister, Robyn (Curtis) Langford of Alvin, TX; her brother, Scott (Debbie) Johnson of Jamestown; a nephew, Christopher (Jessica) Johnson, a niece, Katie Johnson; and her very good friends, Crandall and Cathy Nyweide and their children, Ava, and Cindy's goddaughter Samantha. She was preceded in death by her mother. A memorial service will be held by the family at a later date. Visitation will not be observed. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or the American Diabetes Association.
