Dear Marilyn and Bob, I'm so sorry that I missed the Mass for your Mother on Saturday. I would have attended. Your family was a major part of my life, especially through High School, when Marilyn and I were best friends. We shared many happy times together. I have been pre occupied with my Husbands illness as well as that of one of my Daughters who was diagnosed with Stage 4 Colon Cancer. Your Mother lived a long and good life but I know how hard it is to lose your last parent. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Bob and Marilyn, My deepest sympathy to you and your families in the loss of your mom. She and my mom (Helen Foti) were best friends. Your mom and dad came over to visit many times as we were growing up. She was always so sweet and pleasant. I remember her laughing a lot. I am sure she had a rich life. It is hard to lose a parent regardless of their age. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.

I worked with Fannie at Memory Garden, she was an amazing woman who had so much love and life to give to everyone around her. Fannie inspired me to continue my love for child care and always great stories to tell about her memories with the children she cared for. She will be very missed.

To the Family of Fannie,
I did not grow up in Jamestown, but got to know her through her volunteer work for St. James Church. She helped with so many events along with her friends who she sat with in church. They looked so happy together.. Fannie was so youthful and attended St. James church for so long that I did not realize her age! All this besides the other contributions she made to the community through her work and membership in other service groups. She will long be remembered. May you be comforted by your memories & faith.
Peace, Linda

Dear Marilyn,
I was sorry to see the passing of your sweet Mother.
Her Day Care was just down the street from the home in which I grew up. I always admired her for the wonderful care she gave the little ones.
My condolences to you and all of your family.

Dear Marilyn
So sorry to learn about the loss of your mom. Just wanted you to know I will always cherish the happy memories of the good neighbor we had growing up on Hazzard st. She graduated from the same high school as my dad, probably one year later (Roy was born in 1916). Joe Calabrese (52 Hazzard St, JHS Class of 1960)

I will start by saying you were a fantastic lady. I remember growing up, my nana & I used to see you outside every day. Tending to your lawn, your beautiful flowers & your home. You always kept your home in pristine order. You spoke highly of your family. You never had a harsh word for anyone. You lived a long eventful happy life. May our Lord Jesus hold you in his arms...
