Obituary of Timothy S. Field

Timothy S. Field, 62, of Ashville, NY, passed away unexpectedly at 4:04 pm Friday, July 12, 2019, in his home. A lifelong area resident, he was born May 27, 1957 in Jamestown, NY, a son of Violet Abers Field and the late Lyle Field. Tim was previously employed by the Jamestown Public School System as a custodian for many years. He will be remembered as one who had a keen interest in politics and for his love of the outdoors. He loved being outside working in his barn and taking walks along Goose Creek. He also loved animals and enjoyed his dog Daisy and his cat Billy. Surviving are his mother, Violet Field of Jamestown, NY, his wife of 42 years, Deborah L. Green Field whom he married August 20, 1977, three brothers; David (Marlene) Field of Randolph, NY, Andy (Penny) Field of Jamestown, NY, Joe (Marcia) Field of Grand Island, NY, as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father Lyle Field. A private service will be held at the convenience of the family at a later date. Visitation will not be observed.
