I have such wonderful memories of my Great Aunt, "Millie". She was such a special person. Carlos and I visited her as often as we could and she and I wrote many many letters and cards to each other. I had the great pleasure of meeting Millie (a dear friend of my Dad's) just a week before her 100th birthday. She was so excited to be leaving the hospital and looking forward to her birthday party. She really touched my heart. Just a week ago I brought my husband and children to meet her and they also were very touched by her beautiful spirit and positive attitude. We only knew her for a moment but she inspired us more than most people we have known for years. I can only imagine how much she will be missed by so many. Our deepest sympathy to the family in friends of Millie. "A person that departs from this earth never truly leaves, for they are still alive in our hearts and minds, through us, they live on."
