Obituary of Johneen Venable Berry

Johneen Venable Berry, 62, of Gerry, passed away on Saturday, December 14, 2019 at home. She was born on March 8, 1957 in Jamestown, the daughter of Johnie and Rose Marie Trunzo Venable, Sr. She was a 1975 graduate of Jamestown High School, a graduate of Jamestown Community College, and also Jamestown Business College. Johneen was an office manager for Church World Services in Indianapolis, Indiana and in earlier years was a bank manager for Bankers First Bank in Wilmington Island, Georgia. Johneen was a communicant of Ss. Peter and Paul Catholic Church. She enjoyed camping and was an avid fan of NASCAR. In addition to her parents, she is survived by two brothers, Daniel and John Venable, Jr., and a nephew, Johnie Venable III. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 17, 2019 in Holy Apostles Parish, Ss Peter & Paul Catholic Church. The Rev. Dennis W. Mende, pastor will be celebrant. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery. Friends will be received from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday in Lind Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to Chautauqua Hospice & Palliative Care, 20 W.
