We are sorry for your loss. My husband, Stephen Raynor, knew Chester and had him work on some of his tires in the past. We both connected with him at the Harmony Senior Citizens meetings in Panama. He was very friendly and often brought gifts that he had made to the meetings. We are sorry we are unable to attend the services as we have a medical appointment in Warren at that time.
