Obituary of William W. Campbell

William W. Campbell III, 81, of Jamestown, died Wednesday March 11, 2020, in UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh. He was born August 15, 1938, in Warren, PA, a son of the late William Campbell, Jr. and Helen Campbell Russ. He was a veteran of the US Army. Prior to his retirement he was employed by Warren Concrete as a laborer. Surviving are two daughters Lisa (Mike) Johnson of Jamestown and Patty (Harold) Johnson of Frewsburg; four grandchildren Sarah, Johnson, Andrew Johnson, Danielle Bang and Brian Johnson; five great grandchildren; a brother Richard (Martha) Campbell of Warren, PA and three step siblings Janet (David) Dowley of Sherman, NY, Joyce Seekins of Jamestown and David Russ of Kennedy. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Mary Whitmore Campbell; a brother Earl Campbell and a sister Sally Stevens. No funeral service or visitation will be observed.
