She was my grandma, and I loved her very much. She always supported and loved me no matter what I did. I for sure miss the sleepovers we had with the stoffers mac and cheese and breadcrumbs. She was someone that I looked up to, and would call whenever I needed some guidance. She was stern but I know that she loved me all the same. Everyone I talk to says she was an amazing woman, and I agree so I know she made a lot of difference in this world. She is still here with us, I can feel her. Sometimes the memory of her not being physically present is hard but I am just honored that I got to be the granddaughter of Karen. I want to thank her again for all that she has done for me, because for me too, she has made a huge difference in my life. You will be remembered grandma, by so many. I hope your dancing in the sky, because I know heaven was happy to see you.

We worked with Karen at The Resource Center. We will never forget her kindness and peaceful way about her. She was someone you could talk to about something and she really listened to you. She was an excellent Nurse and the consumers always came first. She had a great smile and a great laugh. We will always have fond memories of her. Remember good memories will never change and treasure them.

Again, I am so sorry. Karen was one of the sweetest and one of the most patient persons I've ever known. She was well liked and respected by all who knew her. I will never forget her sweet smile.
