The family of Lee 'Barney' Kellogg (1932-1995) extends to each of you our most sincere sympathy in Jeff's passing. Stay strong; I know you will.

I went to Kindergarten and through many years of school with Jeff, including graduation 1960..
His mom, your grandmother, etc., was our Kindergarten teacher in Celoron Elementary School. ALWAYS in my most fond memories.
