Rest in Peace my friend. I will miss you. I was driving the other day and you came across my mind. I will never forget the Texas Sheet Cake you made me because you were so happy I helped you with your banking needs. Corey and Family my prayers go out to you and your family. Heaven certainly gained a beautiful Angel.

The first and last time I met Betty was about ~5 years ago when she was visiting Corey in Michigan. She was very sweet, funny, and clever. She had a warm personality, she gave me a hug and a feeling like we have known each other for years. I will never forget how she ripped on Corey and made everyone around her crack up with her fun-loving personality. I got to experience her scrumptious baked goods. She definitely left a mark and that one sweet memory is still etched in my brain like it was yesterday. I can see where Corey gets his funny, kind, and witty personality from. I hope this sweet woman's soul rests in peace. I am so sorry for your great loss Corey. We are all thinking of you.

Rest in peace my dear sweet friend. I am so sorry for the loss of Betty. She was the most caring person I have had the pleasure of knowing. I know Betty from the years of working with her at the Bon Ton. We often laughed at the fact that I always said she was my mentor as I wanted to be as special as she was but we knew it was not going to happen. She taught me hugs are important. Betty loved her family. Family meant so much to her. She loved the time she was able to entertain them all and especially her visits from Cory. We will dearly miss , you special lady and friend.

So sorry to hear of the passing of one of the greatest woman I got the pleasure to work with and got to know as a friend. I worked with Betty for 10 years at The Bon-Ton. She was one tough lady and I could always count on her. She was one of the hardest working ladies I have ever worked with. Betty was very straightforward and it's what we all loved about her. You will be missed by many. I will always remember what a special person you were to so many.

So sorry to learn of Betty's passing. I was also so surprised to learn that she was 80 years old because I remember her as so young at heart. We worked together for years at WCA, where Betty was known to speak her mind and defend what she thought was right. Her laugh was infectious, and her energy was boundless. She will surely be missed by so many - Margaret (Meg) Nicklas

To Betty's Family,
Betty was an incredible woman, a treasure to our community. She was a caring, loving woman who will be missed.
"I know for certain that we never lose the people we love, even to death. They continue to participate in every act, thought and decision we make. Their love leaves an indelible imprint in our memories. We find comfort in knowing that our lives have been enriched by having shared their love." Leo Buscaglia
For if we live, we live to the Lord, and if we die, we die to the Lord. So then, whether we live or whether we die, we are the Lord’s. Romans 14:8

Only met Betty once but her kindness will always be remembered by me. My sympathy to her sister Karen with thanks for letting me ride out to Michigan with you and Betty 11 years ago when my son and his family moved there. I think of you Karen every time we now drive over that suspension bridge near Toledo! That was a memory I still treasure! You and Betty were so much fun to travel with!!

I got to know this wonderful woman when I was a nurse at WCA. She was always smiling and laughing and so very friendly.. I was then lucky enough to meet up with her again when I started working at the Bon Ton. I worked close by her in the homes dept and I considered myself so lucky!!
Betty and I became close she was “ the heart of the homes dept”. Anything you needed or wanted to know Betty knew! She was so much like my mother in so many ways! I will never forget you Betty! Kate and I love you so very much and we will never forget how wonderful you were to both of us! Rest In Peace our dear friend❤️❤️
