Obituary of Beth M. Vincent

Beth M. Vincent, 67, of Greenhurst, NY, died unexpectedly Tuesday, October 20, 2020 in her home. She was born September 26, 1953 in Jamestown and was a daughter of Paula Chingrin Saxton Olson and the late Lloyd E. Saxton. In earlier years, Beth was employed as a secretary at Ethan Allen in Mayville. She retired from Heritage Green Rehab & Skilled Nursing where she also worked as a secretary. Beth loved being with her family and always enjoyed the times spent with them all at their camp. Surviving is her mother, Paula Olson of West Ellicott; two sons: Scott (Dawn) Vincent and Kelly (Krista) Vincent, both of Jamestown; seven grandchildren: Nicole Vincent, Madison Vincent, Chelsey Vincent, Kaylee Vincent, Jarrett Vincent, Damen Vincent and Brock Vincent; and a great-grandson, Amarion Vincent. Also surviving is Beth's twin sister, Cindy (Chuck) Stroth of Bemus Point; and two brothers, Mark (Michelle) Saxton of Jamestown and Ronald (Carol) Saxton of Stafford, Mich. She was preceded in death by her father, Lloyd Saxton; her stepfather, Elton Olson; as well as her grandmother, Edith Solomonson. A private family service will be held. Visitation will not be observed. Inurnment will be in Sunset Hill Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Chautauqua Hospice & Palliative Care, 20 W.
