Obituary of Raymond J. Williamson

Raymond J. Williamson, 83, of 4494 Gleason Road, Lakewood, died Wednesday December 2, 2020, in his home. A native of Gowanda, he was born December 30, 1936, a son of the late Raymond and Edith Whitmore Williamson. Prior to his retirement he was employed by Dawson Metal as a machinist. He was a member of Herman Kent Post 777 American Legion and was a past president of Moon Brook Coon Hunters Club. Surviving are three children William (Louise) Williamson of Kiantone, Timothy (Joanne) Williamson of Jamestown and Dawn Marie (James) Skinner of Lakewood; eleven grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren; his life partner Audrey Johnson with whom he made his home; her children Joseph Johnson of Stedman and Danise Johnson of Ormond Beach, FL and a brother in law Richard Holland of Fort Myers, FL. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by siblings William Williamson, Wilmah Rublee and Dorothy Marsh. A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
