Obituary of Rosezella Covert

Rosezella "Rose" Covert, 88, of 60 Barrett Avenue, died Wednesday December 30, 2020, in her home. She was born August 12,1932, in Jamestown, a daughter of the late Guy and Russie Hess Overturf. She was a member of Christ First United Methodist Church. Surviving is her husband Harry Covert, whom she married February 10, 1968; four children Susan Hobart of Lawrence, KS, Craig (Kim) Covert of Rochester, NY, Valerie Sutton of Niobe and John (Julie) Covert of Lakewood; six grandchildren Kimberly, Kevin, Mark, Branden, Corinne and Lydia and a great grandson David. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by a grandson Christopher; three brothers Brady, Tom and Fredrick Overturf and a sister Helen Briggs. A private service will be held at the convenience of the family. Visitation will not be observed. Burial will be in Sunset Hill Cemetery.
