My condolences to the Mullen family. I fondly remember Pete going back to 1985 when I was preparing to enter the seminary. Almost thirty six years later I’m a priest with the Josephite Fathers. One thing Pete and St. Joseph had in common was carpentry. I never had that skill but recall Pete’s patience and mastery of his skills. May he share in the Resurrection of Jesus.

Pete was a loving and responsible husband, father, grandfather and friend. He was always helpful and positive. Throughout his life Pete strongly supported his country and community. We could not have had a better neighbor. He will be truly missed. Our heartfelt condolences are offered to his family.

Pete was a sweet, smiling fella in our Fluvanna group. My brothers enjoyed his friendship & I enjoyed how he was so nice to one of then younger Liliestedt kids riding to Bemus Point, on the school bus. R.I.P. to a great guy~

I'm very sorry to hear of Peters passing. I'll always remember how kind Peter was to me as my older cousin at Uncle Buds picnics. He had a beautiful smile and a wonderful laugh. My sympathies go out to Ann and Martin and Donna. May he rest in peace.
