My thoughts any prayers go with the Family. When I was in High School in the 1960’s Carolyn and Stanley would drive the youth group to different Church’s in the Joliet area to sing. Would leave from Grace Baptist Church in Shorewood. They would always change the radio to our station. Then later I worked with my Wife Nancy and her in AWANAs before she moved to Jamestown. I am so glad we drove up there to see her two years ago. She was a very Special lady I will truly miss her. Ed Brookman

So sorry to hear of Carolyn’s passing. I knew her when I was a child when she was the head of AWANA at Hillcrest. I then got reacquainted with her as an adult when I worked with her at ALLTEL. She was such a gem. So kind and loving to me, with a great sense of humor. I loved her.

So sorry to hear of Carolyn's passing. I've known her for many years and She was also a dear friend to my mom. I loved to listen to their story about getting lost on the way home from a book club luncheon ,it made us all laugh. She was a very giving and caring person. Carolyn will be greatly missed.

I have had the pleasure of knowing Carolyn through my many years of attending MS meetings. Carolyn was one of the nicest ladies of all times. She was always a pleasure to spend time with. Her beautiful smile and caring ways will always be remembered. I used to visit her at Lutheran Services before the pandemic during her lunch time. I will miss her very much and will always miss her. She was one grand lady! Sincerely, Marcia and Bob Brown

Carolyn was my neighbor from when we moved to Carlson Rd. in 1991 until she moved a few years ago. They say "Good fences make good neighbors". Fences were not necessary as I couldn't have asked for a better neighbor. Our lawns joined together and my two daughters and friends used the common lawns as one. I will miss watching Carolyn in her "Garden of Weeden" as she called it. She spent countless hours in her garden. She will be missed..... Henry Mole'
