Obituary of Barbara A. Conner

Barbara A. Conner, 74, of 1245 Cobb Road, Falconer, died Tuesday March 9, 2021, in her home. She was born November 9, 1946, in Greensburg, PA, a daughter of the late John and Bertha Cole Lofecheck. She was a 1964 graduate of Jamestown High School. Prior to her retirement she was employed by Walmart as a cashier. She earlier had worked for Don Gage, Incorporated and Falconer Glass Company. She enjoyed going to the casino, line dancing and playing bingo. Surviving are two children James (Anna) Conner of Kennedy and Pamela Conner of Falconer; two granddaughters Andrea and Madelyn Conner both of Kennedy; a sister Dolores Halberg of Newport News, VA and several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband James Conner, Jr., whom she married June 3, 1967 and who died January 15, 2016; two brothers John and Richard Lofecheck; a brother-in-law John Halberg and two nephews Bradley and Michael Lofecheck. A walk-through visitation will be held from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday in the Lind Funeral Home where masks must be worn, and social distancing observed.
