Knowing Joyce was such a blessing. She had a beautiful way of connecting with people and inspiring joy and goodwill. I am thankful for meaningful conversation with her and fun times we shared. Joyce and Stu introduced Pat and I to cross-county skiing, the only way to stay warm outside in an upstate NY winter! One could always count on Joyce to share appreciation of nature's beauty and goodness. I have fond memories of birdwatching with Joyce and Stu at Jamestown Audubon. I can't help but smile when I think of Joyce's beautiful smile but, at the same time, my heart is feeling the loss of this very dear person who I was lucky to call my godmother. My love and deepest sympathy to Stu, Joel, Julie and families.
