Obituary of Alexis Figueroa Torres

Alexis Figueroa Torres, 35, of 1679 Martin Road, died Wednesday March 24, 2021, in Olean General Hospital. A native of Puerto Rico, he was born in Ponce, a son of Jesus Figueroa Cruz and Mildred Torres Baez. He was employed as a driver for American Transport, Buffalo. He enjoyed music, traveling, cooking and eating out at restaurants, but more than anything he loved his family. He will be remembered as the protector of his family. Surviving besides his parents of Jamestown is his wife Edith Perez Figueroa; nine children Alexia, Alexis, Jr., Eternity, Zion, Honesty and Heaven Figueroa, Amaya Cruz and Isaiah and Harlow Gallegos; siblings Jesus (Yesenia) Figueroa, Jessica Figueroa and Felix (Sabina) Figueroa all of Jamestown and a large extended family including several nieces, nephews and cousins.
