Mrs.Tota and family,
My sympathies for your loss. I did not know Bill but I did teach all your children in my art classes at Washington School. I enjoyed their attitude, work ethic and respect that can only have come from good 2 parent parenting. Hoping that this difficult time for the family will receive many prayers and words of support to help you as you grieve.
When memories and mementos are all that are left, may they continue to bring joy to you as you recall those times and moments. Cherish those memories when life was as perfect as you could make it and may those times never be forgotten. All of you are in my thoughts and prayers.

Bev and family,
I worked for Bill in the pharmacy. He was a wonderful boss. Always smiling and always very pleasant. Everyone loved him. I remember seeing him and some other past employees at the funeral home for another staff member and he greeted us all with loving tears as I’m sure he was reminiscing times past.
He will be missed by all but Heaven will be welcoming a wonderful angel. May God be with you all and help you through this rough time.
With my deepest sympathy,
Lor Lincoln

Bev and family- What a special, kind man Bill was. I consider it a privilege to have known and worked with him for over 40 years.
He always had a smile and such a genuine laugh.
Bill is the only person to have ever called me "Pammy".
You will continue to live with the love he left behind

Mrs. Tota, Dan, Megan, Scott, Michelle, and families,
My deepest sympathy and condolences to each of you for the passing of your husband, father, and grandfather. Bill was one of the kindest and most gentle souls I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. His hearty laugh filled the room! A true gentleman!
If one measure of a man is his family, then Bill was truly wealthy and blessed. My prayers to each of you for peace during this difficult time. God Bless.

A coworker, confidant, friend and all around great man. We shared many laughs and good times at WCA and had a chance to take a couple two wheeled rides. I can still hear his infectious laugh. ......
