So sorry to lose this wonderful, sweet friend. Gene was doorman with my Dad at the War Vets & his wife #2, Charlene was our neighbor growing up in Fluvanna. Great friends. My sympathy to their families.

Our heartfelt condolences to all of Uncle Gene's family. He will truly be missed. One of my fondest memories as a child growing up was when Mom and Dad would take us to visit Uncle Gene at his lake house on Lake Chautauqua. We would fish and barbecue and go out on the boat. I learned to water ski at Uncle Gene's place. He was always so full of fun and love and I'll always cherish those memories of those times in Jamestown with all my aunts and uncles and cousins together. In Sympathy, Peter and Cheri Forness

My dad, Bob Warner, worked with Gene at Jacobsen Weakly Olson. When we would pick my Dad up at work Gene would always joke around with my sister and me. When I saw the name and picture it brought back wonderful memories! Condolences to the family at this difficult time. Amy Morrison
